Printed to order, packed with care, and easy to send back if it is not right.
Making & dispatch
Every piece is printed to order, so allow one to three working days in the atelier before it ships. Paper and acrylic travel in a rigid tube or flat mailer; canvas and framed editions are boxed with corner protection.
Delivery times
Most European destinations arrive within a week of ordering. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is collected.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 working days
- Germany, France & nearby: 3–5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5–8 working days
Returns
If a piece is not right, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item. Return shipping is on us for damaged or faulty pieces; otherwise it is at your cost. Start a return by contacting the studio.
Damaged in transit
It is rare, but if anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will remake and reship at no charge.
